Submission Requirements

To ensure consistency and quality across our content, please follow the guidelines below when preparing your article:

 

        • Length: Articles should be no longer than 450 words.
        • Submission Format: Please submit your article text either as a Microsoft Word document or directly in the body of your email.
        • Images: Any images included with your article should be in RGB mode with files sizes not to exceed 5 Mb.
        • Preferred Formats: JPG or PNG format, sized at 1200 x 800 pixels preferred. Maximum of three images per article submission.
        • File Types: Please do not send ZIP or other archive format files.
        • Image Licensing: All images must be properly licensed for use prior to submission.

Content Guidelines

      • No Political Content: We do not publish partisan political content of any kind.
      • Accuracy: All articles and blog posts must be factual, accurate and based on verifiable information.
      • Author Responsibility: While we make every effort to review and verify submitted content, the responsibility for accuracy and any claims made rests solely with the author(s) and submitter(s). 
      • Respectful Content: Submissions must not reference, criticise or defame any individual, organisation, product or process.
